To start ordering with Mamba Logistics you'll need to complete our Customer Sign Up process. We are governed by the Alcohol Wholesaler Registration Scheme (AWRS) which sets out the due diligence checks required to meet the objectives of the scheme. To view our AWRS Due Diligence Policy click here.
Submit your Sign Up Request below and you'll receive a welcome email setting out the required information and an AWRS / Customer Sign Up Form.
Ordering
We're set up as a primarily online Wholesaler. We pack and deliver from our storage facility in West Byfleet.
Ordering from us is straight forward whether you want to call us on 0203 5760433 or order via email. If the later:
1. Simply download our order form (below) which lists all available items and quantities. You can add your order quantities to the 'My Order' field. Pricing and discounts will load automatically.
2. Save the document and email it to us at orders@mambalogistics.co.uk and we'll send out an invoice for payment.
3. Pay by Bank Transfer and we'll move to delivery ...

Free Shipping: Orders over £1,250 ex VAT
Delivery
We don't use a traditional Warehouse Cash & Carry model. That doesn't mean you can't visit us or pick up goods on smaller orders to save on delivery fees. Should you wish to stop by our storage facility please call 0203 576 0433.
Once we've received payment we'll prepare your order for delivery. Please bear in mind that orders over 30kg will be sent via pallet and charged as below. Not all goods are suitable for post so please contact us if you wish to receive items via post.
We'll aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible and will notify you of the details and timing upon confirmation from our delivery partners. Please note we use the DHL coding system for delivery. Post codes associated with each can be seen on their website.
